1. Publication Mandate
- Article should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx) with standard margin and spacing. ( You can download IFRRA template from download menu)
- After submission, same paper should not communicate to other journals.
- Article must have 85% and above originality with standard sotwares like Turnitin or i-Thenticate.
- Any modification or changes are not allowed after the submission.
- Submitted paper cannot be withdrawn at any condition once it is paid or accepted.
- Corresponding author/Correspondent should take care of correction/reviewer comments if any.
- Article indexing is a standard evaluation process adopted by the indexing authority itself. IFRRA or publisher can't gurantee indexing of the article in database.
- After publication, any type of modification/correction will be as per publisher policy.
- There is no refund if article is rejected or retracted due to academic malpractice or illegal works.
- Copyright violation, authorship dispute, academic malpractice, and legal issues will be treated as per law.
2. Conference Mandate
- Paper should be the original and it should not be published elsewhere before and after the conference.
- Authors and co-authors must inform their respective departmental Head/Principal/Guide about the paper submission to IFRRA International Conferences.
- Complaint regarding originality of paper, authorship dispute, and other academic malpractice will be taken seriously. If it is found to be true the paper will be suspended from the publication immediately without any refund.
- IFRRA has right to reschedule or cancel the conference under special circumstances.
- Paper should be submitted in IFRRA template ( Download template from Download menu)
- IFRRA scientific committee has sole right to accept or reject any article based assessment process.
- Only registed candidates can join our conferences as Participant/ Presenter/ Listener.
- After successful registration, there is no refund policy.
3. Ethical Policy
Plagiarism is the unethical act of copying someone else’s prior ideas, processes, results or words without explicit acknowledgement
of the original author and source. Self-plagiarism occurs when an author utilizes a large part of his or her own previously published
work without using appropriate references. All manuscripts must be checked using Turnitin or i-thenticate software before processing
for publication. Manuscripts detected with higher plagiarism will be rejected without any type of refund.
4. Indexing policy
Indexing of article is unprejudiced assessment process by Indexing authority itself. IFRRA authority and journal publisher also can't assure Indexing in database.
5. Refund Policy
- There is no refund policy if authors like to withdraw paper from the journal or cancel registration from the conference.
- There is no refund if paper is cancelled (by either side) due to authorship dispute, plagiarism, identical publication, author misconduct, & other ethical issues.
- If any deposit happens by mistake, intimate us officially (via email) within 24 hours with valid payment proof and ID proof. After verification amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
