Instructions For Presentations

1. Before presentation, presenter should introduce himself/ herself to the audience & session chair.
2. Presentations must be delivered in English.
3. The recommended file type to be used for the presentations is MS PowerPoint.
4. Each presentation need to complete within 12 minutes and 3 more minutes for discussion /solving queries.
5. Presenter need to develop number of slides ( maximum 15 slides) based on alloted presentation time.
6. Presentation should be structured with title, introduction, methods, results & discussion, etc.
7. Use sans serif type (like Arial or Helvetica) font. 
8. Use little higher font size which will be decent for visibility.
9. Include a good combination of words, pictures, and graphics. These will make your presentation visible & interesting.
10. Avoid busy backgrounds increase visibility of your presentation. 
11. Don’t read from the slide. Explain your key point to the audience maintaining eye contact.
12. Presentation should not contain full paragraphs of text. Use a key bullet points and elaborate points in your talk.
13. Maintain the flow for your presentation which will be logical and sensible.
14. Speak loudly, clearly and accurately.
15. Be simple, confident and organized during presentation session.
16. Presenter should e- mail their PPT to the conference mail id atleast 5 days before the conference date.
